2. Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
